🌟 My Apprenticeship Journey at Fibreline Ltd. 🌟
Hi, I’m Amy! I’m a 3rd-year Degree Apprentice at Fibreline Ltd., currently working as a Sales Order Processor in the Sales department. I've been with the company for 2.5 years, and in that time, I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge and skills that have been crucial to my growth.
💼 Real-World Experience At Fibreline, I’ve had the chance to work on diverse projects and collaborate with amazing people across different areas of the business. This hands-on experience has enriched my learning and allowed me to develop professionally.
🎓 Applying Business Theory in Practice. I’m studying for a degree in Business Management and Leadership, and my apprenticeship has given me the perfect opportunity to apply what I’m learning in the classroom to real-world situations. It’s helped me build essential management and leadership skills, taking my onsite training to the next level.
🚀 Why I Love the Degree Apprenticeship. The best part of this journey? I’m earning my degree while gaining invaluable practical experience. The skills I’ve developed on the job are ones I wouldn’t have learned through a traditional degree alone.
