So Fibreline can support you quickly and efficiently, we have designed this easy to follow step-by-step guide to ordering.
1.
Design / product
specifications:
Full detailed list of desired fillings firmness grade, dimensions, and technical illustrations.
We accept AutoCAD,
DXF files.
2.
Sample making / quotation:
Our in-house technical
team will organise a sample and quotation.
Order quantity required.
3.
Sample delivery / agree quotation:
The sample and
quotation will require
a sign-off before
proceeding to step 4.
4.
Order
confirmation:
Fibreline’s sales
department will notify your team that the order is in progress.
5.
Production
timeline:
Our standard lead-
time is a minimum
of 5 working days.
10.
Repeat
process:
Contact Fibreline sales
team for repeat orders or
alternatively repeat steps
for new products sampling.
9.
End of month statement:
Fibreline will issue an end of month statement of your account.
8.
Invoicing:

Fibreline will issue an invoice within 24hrs of making the delivery.
7.
Sign-off on
delivery:
Delivery note detailing all items on the order to be signed and dated.
